PACCAR Parts Privacy Policy and Coupon Disclaimer
Coupons:
Customers who purchase the loyalty card are able to use the card with or without a valid e-mail address; however, some offers are not available without a valid e-mail address. Discount and pricing subject to change.
Coupon offers not valid with other discount offers.
Coupon void if purchased sold or bartered for cash.
Customer responsible for sales tax.
Coupon void if photocopied or reproduced.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Cash value $.01/100. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Not valid towards previously purchased merchandise.
Valid at participating Kenworth dealer locations only. Card or discounts are not transferable. All products may not be available at all locations. Good only on purchases of product indicated. Coupon valid on retail purchases or service only. Any other use constitutes fraud.
Personal Information:
PACCAR will not release personal information about customers without their permission, except as required by law or legal process (including pursuant to court orders, subpoenas, interrogatories or similar directive carrying the force of law).
By signing up for the loyalty card program customers agree to allow PACCAR to contact them about promotions and other information of interest. PACCAR may use the data it collects to investigate and respond to customer requests, concerns, and claims. PACCAR does not sell trade or rent our customers’ personal information to outside companies. PACCAR does not collect personally identifiable information through passive methods that are hidden from the customer.
PACCAR has in place security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, disclosure or use of customers’ personal information. Each customer’s account is password protected. The customer creates their own password.
Customers may access their own contact or coupon information via www.KenworthPrivileges.com.
As changes occur in PACCAR’s business, technology and the laws that affect this policy, we will continue to review and revise this policy. The use of information we gather now is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time of use.
